If the cell phone is not an unlisted number then any yellow pages or white pages directory should have the person's number you are looking for. There are also pay sites online where you can look up anyone's unlisted cell phone number.

I don't think that you can because cell phone numbers are unlisted. You may be able to use one of those websites that claims they can get it for you for a charge, but I am not sure that those work.

You can try various social networking sites to see if their phone number is listed under their profile. Additionally, you can try searching for the person's name in a major search engine - if it's a business contact, it's possible that it will be listed on their business website.

Well if they are listed, have a land line, and you ave there name then you can just look it up in a phone book.

You can check the local telephone directory and as long as the phone number is not unlisted you should be able to find it. If you are not sure of the persons location do an online search.

Ask them, or look in the yellow pages. Is no possible to find somebody's number in another way. At least you stole their phone and look for it yourself.

You can go to Reversed Cell Phone Lookup and find it from there. Just simply enter the name of the person to see their cell phone number.
