How can I figure out what's wrong with the oil and coolant leaking on belt in car?

You will need to get into the engine bay and look for the leaks. Since you know the approximate location it should be east to find. Just clean the engine and look for new residue. Then repair whatever is leaking.

There are a few choices you could choose from. If you don't want to take it to a shop you can start your car and see where the leak is coming from, then use a putty type cover. The easiest is to take it in, they'll do you right.

If you are having a leakage in your oil or coolant, and you aren't willing to take it to a mechanic, then the only option is to check it yourself. You should Jack up the car and check for a hole underneath.
