You can uninstall Oracle by doing the following steps. Got to Start Menu, Control Panel, Programs and click on Uninstall a program, locate Oracle and press the uninstall button. Sometimes you need to wait a little depending on your computer resources, reboot your computer and Oracle will be successfully uninstalled from your system.

Using the "Add/Remove Programs" feature in the Windows XP control panel (or "Programs > Uninstall Program" in Windows 7), find items related to Oracle. Click "Remove" or "Uninstall" on each item to remove them from your computer.

Click start, Control Panel, look for the icon Add/Remove Programs(windows XP) or Programs and Features in Windows 7 or Vista. Find Oracle there.
