How can I delete music from my Zen Stone?

Plug the mp3 player into your computer with the USB cable. You can then open the folder for your zune and either format the entire player (removing all songs) or selecting certain songs by clicking them and either dragging them to the recyle bin or pressing delete.

Try browsing to the player through the my computer icon. Then delete the files from there. Otherwise use the software provided with the player. Make sure the driver is installed.

Basically you have to plug in your mp3 player into your tunes application. When you have your music applications and file application open then you can start deleting the songs from there. You can also go into my computer and the folder where zen stone is installed and select the songs and delete them.

Connect your stone. go to 'my computer' and you should see the name of the device. Double-click it and it should open up and show you a music folder. open that up, highlight the songs and delete them.

Well to delete the songs, open the application and have the device put in on the computer. Then open the folder where the songs are installed and click delete.

The easiest way to delete songs would be to open up your device in Windows Media Player. From there, you can browse and delete your songs.

The zen stone operates as a mass storage usb device so if its hooked up to a computer it will act like a simple usb drive. Then it is simply a matter of going into the drive and deleting the files.
