First you need to dig a really big hole. Build a large fire early in the day or ideally the night before. In the base of the pit lay some largeish stones, then coals from fire. Then banana palm leaves, or other thick fibrous material. Lay the pig in. Place more leaves, more coals and stones. Fill in with dirt.

Dig a hole large enough for pig. Build a fire to heat up rocks. Lay half the rocks in the ground. Cover rocks with dirt and lay the pig in hole. Cover pig with banana leaves and lay the rest of the rocks on top and let roast all day.

Underground? That sounds awfully dangerous. Think about all that carbon dioxide you're burning when you cook a pig. If you cook it underground it will get stuck!

Well basically you need to make a pit underground and then use some wood to place over the pitt and you can cook the pig over there. However, it is better not to cook underground.

You can cook a pig underground just like a pig roast. Make sure that you dig a big enough hole for the coals to get plenty of oxygen to breath and stay really hot without smothering.

Well, you have to make a pit that is atleast 4 feet deep. Then you will place some wood on the pit and you'll need a bit of a stand that you can roast the pig on.

This is a difficult and skillful process, so be sure you read up on it before your attempt! Dig a pit and put in rocks hot off a fire, then large banana leaves. Add the pig, cover with leaves, bury, and then put stones on top. It will needs a long time to cook.
