You can find these at Army Surplus stores. These stores are open to the public but they're not everywhere. Look online too.

You do not have to be in the military to buy MREs. They are available at many camping stores. You can also find places to order them online. There are many to choose from.

MRE's, also known as Meals, Ready-to-Eat can generally be bought in camping and military surplus stores, although they can also be bought from specialty companies online. You do not need to be in the military to enjoy these self-contained treats.
