Find a table that is a comfortable height for you. Put a small rug with nonslip back on it. Put near a wall and attach leash to hook on wall.

Any strong sturdy table, preferrably with non-slip top. Otherwise, you can cover the top with a towel. The table should be high enough that you don't need to bend down. You can buy an adjustable grooming arm and attach to the table. This is to secure the dog by it's collar.

Use a sturdy molded plastic table with 5 inches of flat area under the top edge to attach a grooming arm. Place anti-slip shower decals on surface.

If you are handy with tools it should be easy to build a table to meet your grooming needs. The table needs to be at an appropriate height to not cause excessive strain on your back depending on your pet's size. Often a grooming pole can be mounted at one end of the table to facilitate restraint.

A dog grooming table needs to be extremely secure so the dog can't easily knock it over, so you'll need to have experience building things to be successful.
