You can buy patterns from one of the major sewing pattern manufacturers, such as McCall's, Simplicity, Butterwick, etc. These patterns can sometimes be expensive, so look for them on sale.

Go to your fabric store and go through the patterns books. All the book have patterns other then clothing. And you can get the fabric there.
