Well, buy the stucco from the home depot or home hardware store. Then you will have to join it together.

You will need to build a cinder block wall so you can attach the stucco wall to. Don't use wood the wall will not be strong enough.

a stucco wall has to be built sturdy. The wall has to have a wire mesh connected to it for the stucco to stay on it.

Build the structural-interior of the wall from masonry or lath-covered wood-framing. Mix & apply 1 to 3-light-coatings of stucco (lime and/or portland cement, sand, & water; optionally: fibers, acrylics/resins, pigments...).

Build the wall of 2x4, then sheet it, building paper,wire mesh and then cement Let it dry for a month and then apply the finished stucco color
