You will need to go to a seminary or a Bible College and complete the degree with missions as a major.

Contact your church leadership or pastor. Discuss your desire to become a missionary. They can refer you to their missionary division, which funds and supports missionaries.

To become a missionary you would either have to choose a denominational missions program or go through and independent organization. There are independent organizations that send teachers and technical people to foreign countries.
