There is some adjustment on the clutch lever, but the main adjustment, is where the cable exits the clutch cover housing. There is an adjustment nut and a jam nut, just loosen the jam nut and tighten the adjustment nut until your clutch feels better then tighten the jam nut.

In Harley Davidson there will be a adjustment at your clutch lever, it seem to a screw you can adjust it. Or adjust the screw at end screw of the cable

As a rule the cable by the clutch handle and adjust it out and go from there and keep adjusting until it feels right. If the cable is adjusted all the way out replace the cable as the cable has been streched to far.

Well you need to adjust it by taking a clutch bar and then tighten it from the sides. You want to twist the clutch until it is tightened very completely.

Well to adjust the clutch you can just pull it forward from where you are. It can be done manually. Also use a guage to loosen it up for easier adjustments. If you still can't get it just google it and there are some picture descriptions to help you out.
