Do you really want to be involved with someone who has no respect for your privacy? He obviously didn't trust you in the first place, perhaps with reason, so what's the point? Move on.
It depends. He will check the market and see what other options he has. If he has no other options better than you, he will call you back. You should dump somebody like this anyway and find somebody who trusts and respects you.
It sounds like this person read your email without your knowledge. Anyone who would violate your trust like that isn't worth having! When you have found the "righ one" you'll never ask this question.
