Have you had any trouble with Gamestop and returns?

Gamestop has many return policies. Some customers have complained about: the small amount of money returned, even when it is worth more elsewhere; extreme scrutiny of discs, resulting in less reimbursement or none at all; not accepted games that aren't recent enough or games in overstock. Some people have found a local CD exchange store to be more profitable.

I have never had any trouble with Gamestop and returning items. Their return policy is very clear to begin with and the employees are very courteous and helpful, especially with defective games. They will even allow you to return a used game up to seven days after the purchase because you did not enjoy it.

My sister does. She had problems of the quality of the game she bought. I think their return policy does not work.

Gamestop has always had good customer service. My only complaint is I feel like I am getting ripped off when trading in games. Other than that, I have no complaints.
