No i haven't bought anything from SmartHomeUSA, because i didn't know about it. I visited the site and there are interesting products, especially the energy savers, i am interested in buying them, as the advertise says, the energy costs are rising.

No. To be honest: I have never heard of them before. I wonder what they are selling? Some homes for smart people only? A building coming with lots of geeky nerd gizmos built in?

I have bought some items. I have to say that their products and service are fast, cheap and costumer service is very friendly.

No i haven't both any, its more convinient to purchase it personal in a store or retailer since you can check it first if its working fine or not. Purchasing tru phone or in the internet though most of the people do it is still a gamble since if its broken, the company would say that its the carriers failt.
