No visine does not alter a drug test. That you put in your eyes and a drug test is usually a blood or a urine sample collected at the place.

Using Visine properly - for eye drops - will not alter a drug test. If you try to alter a urine sample with Visine, though, the test will detect the presence of the contaminant, and in many cases, this will be considered a failed drug screen test.

There is no way that Visine could ever alter a drug test, because it is over the counter medicine and also not a nacartic drug.
