Does TileLab's penetrating sealer grout work?

This type of sealer is good for most grout and will work on most big jobs. I like the sealers that are bought form hardware store and you can also make your own.

TileLab's grout sealer works ok. I am partial to the EverSeal line of products myself but that is what is commonly available for me. The thing to remember with grout sealer is that its water resistant, not waterproof. It will help with small occasional leaks but not a continous water seepage.

My friend has used the tile lab penetrating sealer grout and she has claimed that it worked for her a few times, but when she used it the second time, it did not work as well.

Absolutely not. I used it,but in a week I had to replace all of it. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Try something else:)
