Does porcelain tile flooring break easily?

It can chip or crack if heavy things are happened to be dropped on it, but it generally keeps up very well.

Stone is the hardest material for flooring. Second is porcelain, it is hard, dense and very durable. Porcelain is also very resistant to scratches. It will not break or crack easily. Figurines and such made from porcelain are of a different composition and breakable.
