Does nutrition help anxiety?

It does help because what we put into our bodies impacts us physically. Stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, drugs, salt and preservatives can make anxiety worse. Nutrients such as calcium, vitamin b and magnesium can calm and decrease anxiety. Foods that help reduce it include eggs, garlic, fish, carrots, wholegrain cereal, onions, avocado, spinach, celery, etc.

Yes, nutrition intake does help in reducing the anxiety levels especially the intake of orange juice or apple juice. Sometimes even a cup of tea would do.
