Does it hurt to get a tattoo on your shoulder?

A tattoo will hurt where ever you put it. People never agree on what areas hurt more but they all agree that there is no such thing as a painless tattoo. So if you don't like feeling pain than you probably do not want to get one there or anywhere else for that matter.

It hurts to get a tattoo anywhere. On the shoulder it would probably hurt a lot because the artist would be tattooing straight over the bone, which hurts a lot more than say over a part with less bones like a thigh or something.
