Sometimes burning shoulder pain is caused when two bones smack together. That pain lingers. It could also be caused by calcium deposits that have rubbed against nerve endings. These deposits will pass with use, but the process can be excrutiatingly painful.

This pain is likely caused by thorascic outlet syndrome. When we sit extensively, our posture is often poor, causing undue stress on our upper back, spine, and muscles. Nerves can become pinched and inflamed in the spine, leading to intense burning sensations, cramping, and muscle spasms. It is treated with physical therapy and anti-inflamitants.

I realized that you had spent a lot of time in your computer for several weeks for up to 8 hours or more a day. I believe this repetitive action likely brought on this pain

Causing shoulder pain while one sitting will be the main reason for whot work you are doing. If you are working on the computer without rest it may be a cause also. Children carry their bags on their backs will also cause pain. Apply gingerly only and give hot water fermentation.
