Unfortunately, I haven't seen one myself, at least as far back as I can remember. I think the reason for the lack of a TV DVD VHS combo is that much like the entertainment industry, electronics manufacturers have been trying over time to completely phase out VHS technology. There might be one out there somewhere, but don't hold your breath.
