Many businesses make tote bags for laptops. A couple examples that i found were Shirpani Priya and mobile edge. They make them in all sizes and colors. Mobile edge brand tote bags for laptops cost about 60 dollars. Shirpani Priya is a very "high end" brand though, so they sell at about 115 dollars.
