Yes, two foods that are high in cholesterol are eggs and red meat. Cholesterol can help increase testosterone levels. Another thing that can help is having fats in your diet such as olives, nuts, whole dairy products, olive oil and avocadoes. Other foods may include cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. Oysters, beef, pork, and turkey are some more foods.

Ripe avocados; black, green and kalamata olives; raw almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts; raw broccoli; raw spinach; raw kale; get the brown rice that you have to cook for 50 minutes NOT THE STUFF IN A BOX; eat more yogurt, cottage cheese and hard cheeses (avoid American cheese).

Some people believe that Vitamin E helps. I know foods like Bananas, Almonds, Avocado, Asparagus,Eggs, Celery. Of course if all those fail try Oysters Raw.
