For the most part every female will experience sore nipples during pregnancy, this will vary by person and by pregnancy.

Not always, but it is very common. The breasts, including nipples, are changing in preparation for nursing and tenderness and soreness from these changes and pregnancy hormones is common.

yes they do. Your body is going through alot of hormone changes during pregnancy. This will cause your nipples to become sensitive to touch. Your breast are also preparing themselves to make milk for the baby which will make them tender.

In some odd cases they don't hurt in some Women. They seem to hurt worse in the first trimester because everything grows so drastically. They will hurt a bit in the second and third trimesters when the breasts are growing and are preparing themselves to produce some milk for the baby.
