Sore and broader nipples don't necessary mean that you are pregnant but they are common symptoms of pregnancy. These are also symptoms of upcoming menstruation, too, though. You should take a pregnancy test.

Not usually but in some cases it could. Several things can cause your nipples to change including weight gain, menstrual cycle and other things can cause hormonal changes in females. If you think you might be, then take a pregnancy test or even check with your doctor. It may not be anything at all.

Sore and broader nipples is definately a symptom of pregnancy but it does not solely indicate for certain that you are pregnant.

Not necessarily it could mean that you are pregnant but it could also mean that you are getting ready to start your menstrual cycle.

Not always but it is one of the markers of pregnancy. Your aerolas will get larger and darker and your whole breast, especially your nipples will get very sore to the touch. You will find the slightest touch painful.

Not necessarily. Typically, the entire breast may become swollen and tender during this time. However, the nipples may be more sensitive and swollen. Other signs and symptoms include the absence of your period, fatigue, and frequent urination.
