Do they still make Old Dutch Cleanser?

I remember that my grandmother got everything clean with it.

Fitzpatrick Brothers of Chicago now produces 'Old Dutch Cleanser,' but it was originally made by Purex, then Dial. You can still find it in general and dollar stores, like Big Lots, Family Dollar, and Dollar General. I saw it last in Florida. Old Dutch Cleanser manages to clean things so well because it contains pumice and bleach.

Old Dutch cleaner is still being made. You can find it at most grocery stores like Kroger or Heb. You can also find it at general stores like the Family Dollar as well. Sometimes using cleaner that has been around for a long time is better than using some of the newer products out there.

Yes, Old Dutch Cleanser is still being produced. A company in Canada, Lavo Inc., makes it and it is still listed as available on their website, both in regular and industrial strengths. From what I could find on the internet, it looks like you can sometimes find it in dollar stores or in Walmart.

Old Dutch Cleanser hasn't been made in many years, but similar products still exist on the market. (Bon Ami and Comet) Old Dutch Cleanser was made of a mined pumicite and hasn't been officially on the market since 1955, when it was purchased by Purex and was trademarked by Dial in 2006.

You might want to recheck your facts. Old Dutch IS available at several retailers. It's doubtful the stuff has been sitting on shelves somewhere for "many years", let alone 50+! The product has the same ingredients, logo & UNSURPASSED cleaning power. Bon Ami & Comet don't begin to compare!  add a comment
