Yes they do still have BIC lighters. They sell them at gas stations and stores. Now you cant hack them to make the flame higher and bigger.

Yes, they do still make BIC lighters and you can buy them in a variety of sizes. They have added a metal piece that makes it more difficult to make get the flint to spark. This can be easily taken off though with a key if you wish to make it easier to light something.
