Do Springtails crawl on the bed?

They can, but they prefer places that are dark, humid and moist. So crawling on the bed would also mean them leaving the environment that they prefer. They would crawl on the bed mostly just to search for food. But otherwise, they tend to stick close to the floor, under floorboards, anywhere that is humid and moist.

Springtails are attracted to humid, moist or wet areas. It's unlikely that they would be in the bed, but it is possible if your bedroom is extremely humid. Try cranking up the ac or using a dehumidifier to cut the humidity in your bedroom. Worst case scenario, you may have to get an exterminator involved.

It is not typical for Springtails to crawl on the bed. They mostly live where there is high moisture or decomposition. If you bed has any of these things then they could be on your bed. Run a dehumidifier in your home and see if getting rid of the extra moisture takes care of the problem.
