I don't know of any Baptist church that allows women preachers. They do not even allow women to teach Sunday school. Women are olny allowed to look after very small children in nurseries or maybe the very young children.

Although Baptist polity ultimately leaves such decisions in the hands of the congregation, the Southern Baptist Convention as a whole has passed resolutions disallowing women preachers.
There's no doctrine against female ministers and the ordination of women is recognized, although the clergy is still overwhelmingly male, and some individual congregations do reject women as pastors.
Southern Baptist churches don't allow women pastors. They aren't too keen on women having leadership roles, period, unless they're only leading other women.
