Sound waves will not fill the atmosphere to capacity. Each sound wave has a zone which is higher pressure than average, and a zone which is lower pressure than average, so the overall pressure of the atmosphere remains the same.

A sound wave has no mass per se, thus it can't take up space and our atmosphere won't fill up. Sound is just a pressure wave in other matter.
