Do people still get the measles?

There is a vaccine, but due to public, unsupported fears regarding autism and the MMR shot (measles, mumps, rubella), there is an increase in the number of measles cases in the US and developed countries. Undeveloped countries frequently suffer from measles among other diseases.

Yes they do. Not everyone takes the vaccine. When I was growing up there was no such thing as the vaccine and I didn't take it.

It is definitely still possible for people in today's society to get the measles. There has been a preventative vaccine developed, so measles is not common at all anymore. However, if someone were to not receive the vaccine, they would definitely be at risk for getting sick with the measles.
