Most laptops do not use stylus. You could use a stylus on one though, but it's unnecessary. You see styluses mostly used on touch screen pda's or tablet pc's.
Styluses are generally used only with Tablet Computers, which look similar to laptops but have a touch screen. They are used much like a pen to navigate the operating system.
