No, because they already live in a Magic Kingdom, somewhere over the rainbow, but they did participate in the circle of life, if you know what I mean.

Although Mickey and Minnie have the same last name, they aren't realted, nor where they ever married. There has been romantic tension between the two since her first appearance in 1928, and they were in a sort of relationship. They never married however, so they didn't go on a honeymoon either.

That is really a funny question. I guess they did if they really got married. Every newlywed couple deserves to have a honeymoon and enjoy their first night of being husband and wife.

I'm not really sure this question is serious! Mickey and Minnie aren't real so if there was a wedding, sure, let's say there was a honeymoon.
