You can and should wash your bras on the delicate cycle on your washing machine. In addition, it is beneficial to put them in a small delicates bag before running the machine. In combination, you can be sure your bras come out clean and are not ruined in the wash.

Yes, you can put bras in the dryer. You can get a lingerie bag (small mesh bag with a zipper) to protect them. Never put bras in the dryer.
