How often should you wash bras?

I wash mine after I've worn them for five to seven days, or sooner if I notice that they look dirty or begin to smell bad. Use a delicates bag and the gentle cycle.

Well, you should wash your bra every three days for hygiene reasons. Even more, if you play sports and experience excess sweat

You should was your bras as often as necessary, ideally after 1 wear just like your panties. This is because of it close contact with the body

Your bras obviously are worn on a dialy basis, sometimes the same bra. Most people wash their bras less than their everyday clothes and laundry. It is a personal choice though, anywhere from 2-3 days to 2 weeks would be good. It is all about what you prefer yourself really!

You should wash it like once or twice a month. I think that is the best choice to make. I don't think you should wash it more than that.
