How do you determine if your bra fits right or not?

I keep seeing these advertisements about bras not fitting right.

Your bra fits right if the band is firm, but not digging into you, the cups are supportive and don't pinch and the straps aren't digging into your shoulders. The best indication of a well fitting bra it the triangle of fabric between your breasts. If it lays flat against your chest the bra fits well.

The bra must fit comfortably, there should be no pain or discomfort. You should be able to get atleast two fingers between your skin and the band. Make sure the cup is full and that there is no extra space but make sure you are not spilling over the top of your bra or around the arm holes.

Raise your hands over your head. If your breasts spill out from under the bra or the straps dig into your shoulders, the bra does not fit. Check the back for slippage over and under the band of the bra.

A bra should not pinch on the shoulder or ride up at the back. The breast should not spill from the cup, nor should there be loose fabric.
