What could be the cause of an order coming from my washing machine?

If it smells like rotten eggs, run through a cycle of bleach only. It will help clean out whatever is still in the pipes. I did this on mine and it fixed the problem right away. The smell is totally gone for me now from the bleach cycle. Try it and good luck!

It could be coming from the discharge hose that removes the soapy water and rinse water from the tub. Remove it and fill with a bleach/water solution, then rinse. You may also have mold/mildew around the top of the tub. Push it back and clean with a bleach/water solution using an old rag. Rinse well.

Run a rinse cycle with a cup of baking soda in the water. Also always leave the lid or door to the machine open when washer is not in use to prevent mold, mildew and bad smells.

Look under/behind/inside for condensation/leak/dead rodents. Run cycle 1 cup Borax 1 cup bleach Open lid top let air dry look for mold on seal
