Can you use Selsun Blue shampoo for skin problems?

When I have dry skin, which usually happens after too much sun, I will use Selsun Blue on my whole body as opposed to just using it on my hair. It seems to moisturize.

Actually this is great to use for psoriasis. It's also great to use when you have sun spots or fungus on your skin from tanning beds. I have never used this method but have read many great reviews on using Selsun Blue for these skin problems. It doesn't hurt to try.

Selsun Blue should only be used for the hair on your head and no where else, it's too harsh for the rest of the skin on your body since that skin is much thinner than the scalp on your head. The Avocado oil is a humectant and draws moister.

Yes, it can be used for certain skin problems. It's the zinc in the shampoo that is the "active ingredient. " I've heard of it being used to treat ring worm.
