If your Sidekick is locked, then you cannot use the Sim Card. You will have to get it unlocked first. Check with your carrier for details.

You can not use a SunCom SIM card in a Sidekick unless you have a phone that is unlocked. You can contact your cell phone provider for more information.

Well in order to use the SunCom sim card you will have to first unlock your sidekick. then you can use that sim.

no becuase i dont ave a suncom sim card with me and i really don t have such type of network in my area.But a sim card can be used in a side kick

You can if the Sidekick is set up on the SunCom network. I believe SunCom is the only company that uses Sim cards anymore, so most phones don't have a place for them.
