Yes. But you could do it yourself. Simply wiggle the key gently and in an up and down motion so as not to break the shaft from the head.

Remove the key by removing the lower steering wheel plastic cover(under the steering wheel). Push the little switch near release with a screw driver and key will come out. Replace solenoid.

Check to make sure the transmission is in park before you started the car. If it is not in the proper gear then the key may get stuck.
