You will need to provide information on what you will need to get your plan organized. The best format is through online where you have each of the months in bold and what information in bullet points.

The main issue with a 30-60-90 day plan is the issue of details. Make it as detailed as you can, including how you are going to execute it. Try to be more specific as the day increase. Like, 30-day plan: Establish contacts with contractors, etc.

List your goals and "must do tasks" for the next year. Those that you can accomplish in 30 days, list in the one month plan. Those that would be difficult to complete in that time, make 60 day goals. The remainder are the 90 day plan.

The "key ingredient" in a 30-60-90 plan is consistency in measurement. Pick three key metrics, and measure your current state. Remeasure after each interval to assess the plan's efficacy.

Well if you are trying to look for some information on some good carbohydrates and proteins then you can find an inclusive list online. But for me I would recommend trying to incorporate some beans, whole wheat bread, and some form of good fat such as butter with no trans fat.
