Can you tell me how to wire a duplex plug?

Run the Hot (BLK) wire to a terminal on Hot side and the Common (WHT)to a terminal on the other side. Run the Ground wire to the Green screw.

First you need to strip off end of wires to 1/2 inch long, take your strippers and curl the wire. Put the bare copper wire on the green screw and tighten. Put white wire on silver screw and tighten. Put the black wire on copper colored screw and tighten down.

The ground wire goes on the green screw. The white neutral wire on the silver screw. The black hot wire goes on the gold screw.
