a dryer is usually 220 volt. If the washer/dryer plug was originally 110 volt you can just change out plug to regular 110 volt plug. if it is not you could go to you panel and change on leg to you neutral bar of your panel and wire it 110
Split a 220v outlet into two 110v outlet by connecting the black and red wires to 2 separate outlets and connecting white wire to the common pole on each outlet.
