You have to wet the hat, fit it over a youth soccer ball, and put it in front of a heater.

It's difficult to stretch a fitted hat so that it becomes significantly larger. Try wetting the hat and forcing the band over over a slightly larger circular shape.

First you want to wet the hat a little. Then fit the hat over a basketball or soccer ball. Then place the hat with the ball still on near the heater. When the hat dries, you should have a stretched hat.
