Look on the left side of the motor. The camshaft position sensor will be blatantly located on the block of the motor. It is in the open and made easy to access for replacement purposes.
The camshaft position sensor can easily be replaced with an adjustable wrench. Although this isn't the correct tool, it will work. Probably a 3 hour job.
You are going to look at the left side of the motor and the camshaft position sensor will be located on the block of the motor. It is easy to get to and it is only two bolts holding it on and a wiring harness.
While changing the camshaft position sensor,you have to pay some extra care so that the pump and the drive gear is not affected. First try to be sure by checking the oil container.
