Can you tell me how to make a Sailor Moon costume?

Take a tight white shirt and roll the sleeves up and sew into place. Take blue material and make a sailor collar, use white ribbons for stripes. Tie a large red bow below the collar, and also in the back of the skirt. Attach strips of red material to the top of long white gloves, and wear red boots.

Your costume will include: a plain white unitard/bodysuit with dark blue naval collar, short, dark blue skirt + two large red bows (one on the chest area and the other on the lower back) + front bow must have gold locket + gold tiara + blonde wig w/ 2 long pigtails + elbow-length gloves and red knee-high boots

Find a picture of sailor moon and then go and find all of the materials to match the colors. In addition to materials, purchase a pattern that will fit the costume structure. You may even be able to find an actual pattern for sailor moon. Follow the pattern to create the costume. Consider finding cheap pieces that don't require sewing.

Many craft stores have patterns such as McCall's. These patterns will include Halloween costumes and I am sure that they have a Sailor Moon one. Just do not forget your little cat.

A great way is to go to your local hobbby store such as michaels or hobby lobby and buy some linen fabric. Then off the sailor moon picture, cut out the shapes and patterns you need then sew them together.
