There are sites online that you can register to, they can email you to let you know if someone is trying to find you. you have to fill out some information and they will tell you if someone is looking to find you. That would be the best way to find out.

In today's day and age it is easy to find people by using the internet. The easiest way to watch out for people is to get a credit check service and see if anyone is checking your credit. That's where they would start tracking you.

First you want to check your regular mail and see if this particular person sent you any mail on a frequent basis. If so, try to see what the reasons are for this person wanting to see you. If this person seems suspicious, contact the authorities.
