if it on your arms or neck wear a long selve shirt or tutrle neck. if its hands or face try makeup . they will find out later

There is the obvious answer of wearing clothing or jewelry that covers the tattoo. However, my best suggestion would be to go to Sephora and purchasing a tattoo concealer.

Depending on the placement of the tattoo, different garments can be worn to hide the image so that the interviewer can't see it.

If you can cover it very well with clothing then I would recommend buying some tattoo cover-up makeup. It can be found at a lot of cosmetic store and online. Just be sure it is capable of hiding tattoos before buying.
