I've tried everything to get rid of stretch marks. Someone suggested tattooing.

you can get it to cover stretch marks just make sure that you have a good tattoo artist and you like what you get

I would say no that you can not use it to cover up.These are marks on the skin already and appling ink on the skin to hide them will only be therr for a short while.No it can not take them off.
