Can you still purchase a video rewinder?

I still use a lot of VHS tapes and don't like to use my VCR to rewind them.

Most electronics stores will not carry them. They are available on eBay, however. I suggest you do a search there.

Yes. Check retail stores, Goodwill or thrift stores. Many places still carry them, it's just a matter of calling stores and locating one.

Yes, these are still available. Search through google or check shopzilla or nextag. You should be able to find one for under $30 on one of those websites.
